The Sea and Spud journey began with Tim Kane, a professional chef who has travelled the world extensively over the years sampling and tasting local cuisine. After returning to the UK, he decided to follow in his sister’s footsteps and create a fish and chip business that focuses on true quality.

When it comes to our spuds we keep it local by ordering them from a family business in Midhurst.
We always recycle our waste oil.
All chips are prepared freshly, every morning.
We’ve worked with a registered dietitian to provide you with the calorie information of all of our dishes.
